Refund Policy — CoursesCrate

A refund is a customer’s request to receive back the amount paid for a course on CoursesCrate.

Refunds Are Not Granted For

  • Personal dislike of the course, lack of satisfaction, or unmet expectations.
  • Instructor’s explanation being considered inadequate by the student.
  • Situations where the product has already been downloaded or sent to Google from your Gmail. We keep records of your IP address, download date, and the number of clicks on the “ACCESS” button to verify delivery and download activity.

Refunds Will Be Granted Only If

  • The online platform is down for more than 48 hours.
  • The purchased course is corrupted (negotiable).
  • The download link is down (negotiable).
  • The course is incomplete (more than 90% of the material missing).
  • An incorrect amount was charged; in this case, the refund applies for the difference.
  • For pre-sale courses, delivery was not made by the agreed date.

Requirements

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your Order Number (found under My Account → Orders on CoursesCrate.com).
  • A description of the item and/or order, and the reason for requesting the refund.

Processing Times

  • Estimated processing time for a refund is within 24 hours.
  • Once processed, the same amount paid will be credited as funds to your CoursesCrate account.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for another course, the following exception applies:

  • If the purchased course is not complete and has been reported within the first 24 hours of receipt, the customer agrees to wait while we review and repair the course.
  • If it is not possible to repair the course, you may exchange it for any other course available in the store.
