By using CoursesCrate.com and/or other products, we (CoursesCrate) assume you have accepted the Terms of Use detailed below.

These Terms of Service set forth the terms under which CoursesCrate.com uses and protects the information provided by its users when using this website.

This website is committed to the security of our users’ data. When we ask you to fill in personal information that can identify you, we ensure it will be used only in accordance with this document.

The information you provide on our pages will be used solely and exclusively to send you information you are interested in, and only according to the subscription you make on our site.

CoursesCrate.com undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the information you provide and will not transfer it to others in any way.

Anti-Spam Policy

NO spam or mass email! Unsolicited commercial email (UCE) will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Formal SPAM/UCE complaints are handled as a priority and legal action will be pursued by CoursesCrate.com for any loss or damages suffered due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you. Damages can be considerable. NO SPAM! Promoting our site via the “invite” function is not considered spam, provided you do not import fake contacts.

Revenue / Programs Disclaimer

CoursesCrate.com is not responsible for income claims nor does it commit to the programs promoted through the system. You join any program at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to research all business opportunities before investing money.

Communications & Promotions

You agree to receive periodic updates, discount offers, and promotions from CoursesCrate.com or its partners. You may unsubscribe from any of these individually via the links provided in all messages sent to you.

Payments

You are solely responsible for your payments to CoursesCrate.com. We do not create or maintain members’ financial data who use our services. CoursesCrate.com is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or other issues associated with the use of our services. You agree to use this service at your own risk. We strive to make our service as safe and easy to use as possible.

CoursesCrate.com does not guarantee that the website and service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The site and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

CoursesCrate.com will not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service. You agree to indemnify and hold CoursesCrate.com harmless from any claims resulting from the website or service.

Updates Policy

At CoursesCrate.com we strive to keep courses up to date. However, updates depend directly on the course author and the validity of the access accounts the author provides us.

  • You will have free access to future updates if the updated material is available on our website.
  • If the author has not yet released it, or we do not have it in the account, the update may take approximately 2 to 4 months.
  • Most courses are online. Updates—as long as the author keeps them available in our account—will be added automatically to your profile in the area where you view each module, with real-time access.
  • Free courses do not include updates.

⚠️ Important: If the author closes the account or restricts access, we will not be able to continue delivering future updates for that specific course.

Refund Policy

A refund is a customer’s request to receive the amount paid for a course.

No refunds will be issued for: dislike of the course, dissatisfaction, failure to meet your expectations, or poor explanation by the instructor.

No refunds will be issued if the product has already been downloaded. For this purpose, we record your IP, download date, and the number of clicks you made on the “DOWNLOAD” button—data necessary to guarantee delivery and obtain download records.

Refund Reasons

  • The online platform does not work for more than 24 hours.
  • The purchased course is corrupted/damaged.
  • The download link is down.
  • The course is incomplete (more than 80% of the material missing).
  • An incorrect amount was charged; the refund applies for the difference.

Requirements

To request a refund, you will be asked for the following information, which you can send by email to [email protected]:

  • Order number used to purchase your product (found under MY ACCOUNT → ORDERS).
  • Description of the item and/or order, and the reason for the refund request.

Timelines

  • Estimated processing time for a refund is within 24 hours (24H).
  • Once processed, the same amount you paid will be credited as funds to your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange for another course, the following exceptions apply:

  • If the acquired course is not complete and has been reported within the first 24 hours of receipt, the customer agrees to wait for the review and repair of the course. Only if it cannot be repaired may the course be exchanged for any other in the store.

Downloads Policy

Sharing our download links, creating fake accounts, or reselling the material to another website or your own is strictly prohibited and will result in account deletion, IP blocking, etc., without prior notice. Affected accounts will undergo a 60-day review.

The download window for each course expires 15 days after purchase. We are not responsible for downed links after this 15-day window.

Online Platform Policy

This training is for a single user and, once acquired, cannot be shared or transferred without authorization from COURSES CRATE.

To prevent fraud, we have implemented a system that analyzes each user’s activity and login locations.

  • If two people log into the platform at the same time using the same credentials from different locations, the account will be suspended without recourse.
  • If the same credentials are used from different locations or devices repeatedly and atypically, the account will be placed under review.
  • If material is downloaded without authorization from our online platform.

Our new platform is hosted on a subdomain; your access credentials are the same as on our main platform (CoursesCrate.com) and you can access via the link provided once your payment is completed.

Our old LMS integrated into the main platform was decommissioned on June 15, 2023. You can no longer access it, and your course will be provided as a downloadable instead.

Future ONLINE courses published from that date forward will be placed on the new platform.

Coupons Policy

  • Every user will have discount coupons visible in the COUPONS section; each coupon is for single-use only.
  • Combining coupons is prohibited due to sales terms and pricing percentages.
  • Coupons have a usage limit and an expiration date.
  • Coupons may offer 35%, 45%, and up to 65% off in some cases.

Customer Accounts

  • Customers must create an account when purchasing any product.
  • They are responsible for keeping their password confidential and may not share and/or distribute their login details.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to immediately notify the Administrator of any unauthorized use or other security breach.
  • The Administrator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these terms.
  • Users must be 16 years or older to register an account.
  • The system will automatically block inactive accounts. If you have not logged into your account in the last year, it will be blocked. To reactivate it, you must make a $30 USD payment.

Member Declaration

I have read and understand the terms and conditions of COURSES CRATE. I understand that CoursesCrate.com will always make every effort to provide a professional, quality service.

By joining CoursesCrate.com I automatically agree to these terms and conditions and understand that failure to comply may result in termination of my account.

Account Suspension & Termination

The Administrator reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel any user account without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
